Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed via COD, InstaPay, Telda, or mobile wallet are processed once payment is confirmed by our team via WhatsApp.

Shipping and delivery
We currently ship across Egypt via [Bosta / Mylerz — confirm final courier]. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your governorate, with Cairo and Giza typically delivered fastest.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and are shown before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready for the courier upon delivery. Orders ship sealed — please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on inspecting your order upon receipt.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status.

Order issues
