Welcome to Silicium Store! The terms "we", "us", "our", and "Silicium" refer to Silicium Trade, a business registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt (Tax Registration No. 774-045-779). Silicium Trade operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Silicium Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. These Terms are intended to operate alongside, and do not limit, any rights granted to you under Egyptian law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Egyptian law, and that if you are enabling a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or manage, you accept responsibility for their use in accordance with these Terms.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store, including specifications, images, and descriptions. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device and display settings.

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, we are committed to providing accurate and non-misleading information about the nature, characteristics, and price of our products prior to purchase. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or region.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Silicium Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any legitimate reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, typically via order confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We must receive and verify your payment (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, confirm your order by phone) before your order is accepted for fulfillment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation after an order has been fulfilled may not be possible except in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy [LINK]. If we are unable to accept, must change, or must cancel an order, we will notify you using the email, phone number, or WhatsApp number provided at the time of order.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping or handling fees, which are calculated and disclosed at checkout before you complete your order. Prices posted on our online store may differ from prices offered through other channels or third-party platforms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update this information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you.

You represent and warrant that: (i) any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided, including any card, mobile wallet, InstaPay, or bank transfer method; and (iii) you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards through our payment gateway partner(s), Cash on Delivery (COD), InstaPay, mobile wallet transfer, and Telda. For manual payment methods (COD, InstaPay, mobile wallet, Telda), your order will be confirmed only after payment or payment confirmation is verified by our team, as described in the payment instructions provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe, or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy [LINK]. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping/courier partners, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the product to the address provided at checkout, or upon collection if applicable.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy [LINK], which forms part of these Terms. Consistent with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to certain rights regarding defective, damaged, or misdescribed products; nothing in our Return and Refund Policy is intended to limit those statutory rights.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once an item has been fulfilled (shipped), cancellation requests will be treated as return requests under our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, layout, images, graphics, product photography, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Silicium Trade, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and applicable international treaties to which Egypt is a party.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

"Silicium," "Silicium Store," and our associated logos, product names, and slogans are trademarks of Silicium Trade. You must not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties (such as payment processors, shipping/courier partners, or analytics providers) as part of the Services. We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party tools. Your use of any optional third-party tool is at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms before use.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites or content provided by third parties. We do not examine or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy or the products/services offered there. If you access a third-party site through our Services, you do so at your own risk, and any concerns regarding third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Silicium Store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure enabling us to offer the Services to you. Any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly between you and Silicium Trade. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from a purchased product or service. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Silicium Store.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify as our service provider, in accordance with Shopify's own privacy policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors and shipping/courier partners as necessary to fulfill your order.

SECTION 13 - FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback ("Feedback") to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it.

You represent that your Feedback does not violate any third party's rights, is not unlawful, defamatory, or obscene, and does not contain any virus or malicious code. You may not submit Feedback under a false identity or in a misleading manner.

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) violate any applicable Egyptian law or regulation, including but not limited to the Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018; (c) infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party; (d) harass, abuse, or harm any person; (e) transmit false or misleading information; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) upload viruses or malicious code; (h) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services without our permission; or (i) engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits others' use of the Services or exposes us or others to liability.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably determine you have violated these Terms.

SECTION 16 - AGENTS AND AUTOMATED ACCESS
This section applies if you use, enable, or cause the deployment of an "Agent" — any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf to access, use, or interact with the Services.

No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it clearly identifies itself as an Agent in all requests (including in the user agent string) and does not conceal, obfuscate, or mimic human behavior to bypass measures intended to distinguish automated from human access. We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or block Agent access to the Services at our discretion.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without prior notice, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information presented on the Services is provided for general informational purposes. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of all such information beyond the specific product warranties (if any) disclosed at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted under Egyptian law, the Services and products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated by us or as required under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law, which may grant you rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any statutory warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Egyptian law.

SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Egyptian law, Silicium Trade, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers (including Shopify) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise — except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable Egyptian consumer protection law, in which case our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under Egyptian law.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silicium Trade, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Egyptian law, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 22 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silicium Trade regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

SECTION 23 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You and Silicium Trade agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, without prejudice to any right you may have to bring a complaint before the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency in accordance with Law No. 181 of 2018.

SECTION 25 - HEADINGS
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

SECTION 26 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update or change these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable Egyptian law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
